Frequently Asked Questions
Questions & Answers
Prints, delivery, payment and original paintings — everything you need to know before you order.
Prints
What kind of prints do you offer?
Open-edition giclée prints of Navjot Singh’s original paintings, printed to order on fine-art paper or canvas, or supplied framed.
Which sizes are available?
Small (12×16 in), Medium (18×24 in) and Large (24×36 in). Choose the size and finish on each artwork page.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
Every print is checked against the original image, but screens differ, so colours can look slightly different on your device.
Do you offer framing?
Yes — choose “Framed paper print” on the artwork page. Navjot’s original paintings come in the custom frames he handcrafts himself.
Orders, delivery & payment
Where do you deliver?
Across India, free of charge. For delivery outside India, write to us at canvasntales@gmail.com.
How long does delivery take?
Prints are made to order and dispatched within 5–7 working days. Delivery usually takes a further 3–7 working days, depending on your location. You will receive the tracking details by email.
How can I pay?
Cash on Delivery is available at checkout. Online payment options will be added soon.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the print, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. See Returns & Refunds.
Can I return a print?
Because each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Damaged or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded.
Original paintings
Can I buy an original painting?
Some originals are available. Use “Enquire about the original” on the artwork page, or contact the studio, for availability, dimensions and pricing.
Is a certificate included?
Original paintings can be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity — ask when you enquire. Prints are open-edition reproductions, checked by the studio before dispatch.
How should I care for my artwork?
Hang it away from direct sunlight, heaters and damp walls. Dust frames and canvases gently with a soft, dry cloth, and never spray cleaner directly onto a canvas or glass.
