Every print is checked before it leaves the studio. If something is not right, we will put it right.
Damaged or incorrect items
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the print. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
Change of mind
Because each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders we refund by bank transfer.
Original paintings
Terms for original paintings are agreed individually at the time of purchase.
